Hi All,

After reading some of the threads on here especially for the Boss Battles. I was thinking that why don't we all create a MSN or YAHOO id with our TTC name?? That way we can instant message each other / create a chat room especially for the boss runs etc.

What do you think??

Not a bad idea, it would make chatting much easier especially on toons who have no room for new friends. I use MSN all the time and have a Yahoo account in the name of one of my toons that I rarely use. I have put my ID back into my profile.

Just another thought.....

If you use MSN you can add Yahoo id's to that and vice versa :-)

That would make it easier for me, i'd prefer to only have the one open. Thanks for the tip.

I am wary of putting my ID in my profile as I get tons of add requests from people I don't know.

I know what you mean, you can restrict MSN/Yahoo to ask you permission before somebody asks to be added to your/their list.

Great Idea I used to talk with sf on yahoo al the time befor I took my break back in the day. I never thought of using it for ccg runs :P I have updated my yahoo and profile accordingly!

I think this is an excellent idea. It will incite effective communication during boss battle runs. I have added my yahoo name on my profile for IM.

OK, fill me in. The Yahoo messenger thing...Do I have to create an e-mail account & my e-mail address is my Yahoo ID (minus the @**********?) Or can I just create a Yahoo ID for IM'ing. Thanks in advance for the guidance. Sometimes someone needs to take me by the hand so I don't get lost. Usually it's my 9 yr-old, LOL.

Hi,

For both yahoo/msn all you need to do is create an account - it automatically gives you email too but you dont have to use the email facility. You are correct your new email address becomes your id for messenger.
