All you need to do here is add in eg: <Removed> to your msn or <Removed> to your yahoo and it should work.

I don't think there is any established chat rooms for this group. One person creates a temporary chat room when needed and invites others on his/her friends list to join; those joining invite their friends, and on. The chat room is then disabled when everyone signs off (correct me if I am wrong?). I believe that's what was done for the latest boss battles. I'm new to this as well, so don't feel that you are alone in all this !

I think that is the only way, I have been playing with it this evening and can't see any other way.

On yahoo I believe it is "conference". On MSN it is the little green man with the plus sign on next to him.

Last night, we did a conference on yahoo. So, everyone can communicate and can be on the same page. We ended up dividing group into 2, because we only had 10 toons. We were also able to relay information to each other regarding the progress during the middle of the battles for the first and second set of toons who went in the CFO. I really liked this system. I am looking forward to it, being part of boss battle run protocol.

I was in an msn conference in addition to yahoo during the CJ. One of the ladies on the msn side was able to quickly let us know that she was on the verge of going sad, and we got over to her as fast as we could to help get her laff points up. That was an added bonus. The conferences made the runs that much more enjoyable for those involved.

I'm guessing, after this weekend, yahoo is the preferred choice during the boss battles at the moment. Is this an accurate assumption?

In my opinion, I think people are more comfortable with yahoo at this point. Personally, I do not know anything about MSN. So, my preference will be yahoo. But, I am willing to learn about the MSN if that is what the majority decides upon.

I am able to use either, my yahoo id is <Removed> if anyone wants to add me instead of my msn id.

I have been busily adding names to my Yahoo! Contact list. There is an option to "export" this list to a file so it can be added to another tool.

What I've done when adding peeps is put my toon name in the 'introduction' part of adding a new contact.
