Disney has illegally locked me out of the game

Yes, in the midst of a 7-day transparency reward after a long time working on that task, holding it, then handing it in during my vacation to get past the Tightwad suit over the weekend... finally getting back to bringing dog into mints after two weeks off from it... arranging with friends to run bldgs with my black cat to get the key from Eagles... helping new kitties with TTR on Sunday night...

I cannot do any of it under the false pretenses of running a 3rd party macro program in Toontown.

I filed with the BBB but I was too easy on them with lost time restored. With all the pursuits such as transparency and rare opportunity to pursue various boss battles, they really owe me a full month with their full apology.

Just looking in the forum here but, Disney's Toontown Online has many pollicys and sales to back whatever it was that happened to you, up.

I know lately they've had many chrashes in the drives and servers in the US throughout the month of October.

But, how could they lock you out? Was it a glich or a hacked account? It could also be your payment plan on it depending on which you chose.

I work in Internet support. I know what I'm doing when I join up and read everything before I put my credit card in.

I know what my computer has. It's not hacked (popular and overused term).

Billing has nothing to do with any third party macro used in the game.

What I have stated is a fact: They have violated THEIR agreement by suspending my account under false pretenses. They have nothing to back their charge up.

Not one person on this site has brought up anything which could explain this mass warning, except for programming error on Toontown's part.

You said "mass warning" - did this affect a large number of accounts? How long are you suspended - or did they not say?
