Ok, I was in cashbot HQ today. I am in need of bucks. I couldn't get into Nutty River (shock) so I went to Nutty Summit. There were a few toons in front of the Coin Mint so I went in with them. It was nice, we blew right through it. One of them said "Play Again?" so I said ok and I turned on my friends list. One of them (not the one who said play again) asked to be my friend so I said yes. I stood there by the coin mint and waited on her to go get gags and even told people "Let's Wait for My Friend". She got there and I said "I'll be Right Back" and "I need Gags". Well I went and got gags and when I tried to teleport back.....

Shock... she had already gone in the coin mint with the other toons waiting there. I sent her "Huh?" and then the frowny face and then she said "Sorry, I couldn't wait any longer".

WHAT? I stood there and waited on her to get her gags and she didn't return the favor. So I had to run back to Cashbot HQ. I know she knew exactly what she was doing and what we agreed to. ooooooo I wish I could put her name here (yes I remember it and will not go into another battle with her) so no one else would fall into that trap. I think she was a 106 laffer. Bear. Pink. Can't say anything else. Grrrrrr...... I was very irritated to say the least. I guess I don't have to explain why I don't keep non secret friends on my list more than 24 hours. At least secret friends aren't as likely to do that kind of junk.

THEN I found some ppl wanting to go into the bullion. It was a GREAT group. However, something came up at home and I had to leave! ACK!! I felt so horrible! I kept saying "I only have a few minutes" and then one of them said "I need more Cogbucks". Sooo... I played as long as I could and then had to leave. Man, I was so bummed. They were very nice about it, though. Honestly, they were probably almost to the end so I am sure they made it

Oh well... better luck next time, eh?

Oh thank you that was very nice! I was just letting off steam. hehe I have lots of great friends so I shouldn't let something like that bug me. I just needed to vent about it for a minute.

Ooh! Are we venting! Yay!

I'm finally into sellbot suits that require multiple factory runs, and I luckily got into Nutty River so I could get my merits in 3 runs instead of 7. I wanted to tear my hair out with the first two groups - mid-laffers who spent more time griefing and stinking each other than fighting the cogs, but I got my merits so I wasn't about to complain. On the third run, I boarded the elevator with two other toons that were very nice. Along the way, the 100+ toon asked what toontask I was working on. Since it's become a joke to me, I told him that I needed to find those 6 (evil) lumpy (stinky) cheeses. He offered to help me and immediately asked to be my friend shortly before the stomper room. Just as we got to the East Silo, I noticed TT starting to act strangely. The movement and sound were off. Although the timer counted down to zero, I could still change my gag and aim. I started the litany of "That was strange," "I'm stuck," etc, and sure enough the message popped up that I lost my connection to TT!

I was frustrated to say the least considering that's the 2nd time that's happened to me in 3 days. At least my story has a happy ending. It turns out the toon that friended me tried to stall long enough for me to "wake up," but when I disappeared he whispered that he was still in the center silo. As soon as he and the other toon wiped out the factory boss, he let me teleport back into Nutty River and ran the factory with me to get that last batch of merits. I had to log off after that to run some errands, but that was a very nice toon!
