Little help for my black cat?

My black cat just started the second LOM task(UGH) and need to recover 6 caviar from Mr. Hollywoods. I am not sure how this TTR thing works, as I spend most of my time with the CCG. Could somebody please explain how this works and when and where I can recieve help? Thanks in advance.

I'll try to be on as well, it's up to the head honcho though. Seeing how I kinda checked out of life for a month and just got back to reality, I'll ask my prince charming if I can spare a half hour or so to help out
