Minor graphic glitch
Perhaps this is related to the latest version, perhaps not...I didn't see anything in the bug reports, so I thought I'd mention... I downloaded a Microsoft patch for Win XP that is supposed to help video playback (I use the same PC for video editing). An undesirable byproduct of this is I now get vertical bars on most doors, buildings, signs, etc. directly ahead but in the distance. It's not horrid, but it's not pretty either. Caveat emptor, folks.

DirectX8 vs. OpenGL
Yep, you nailed it, KB. I found this in the log file:
Execute Program: C:\Program Files\Disney\Disney Online\Toontown\Configrc.exe -uninstall_activex Why it's there, I can only surmise the Microsoft "patches" had something to do with. (and so I will now await the new patches for the patches for the patches for...) I know you've posted the Configrc switches elsewhere (here to be exact), but for those that find this post (e.g. looking for "striping"): configrc -DX8 Thanks again.
