Yes, just log in with your open server account name and password. Just downloaded the test server earlier. Of course, I did have it on another computer, but I'm using a different laptop now. You have the same access on test's free account as open, I'm sure, but I've never played enough to check it out. It does say to subscribe, so I'm sure you'd need it. You just won't have full access, though, you need an official account from Disney first.

I'm confused.

I logged in the test site with my open account fine and seems like it works.
But I never tried getting on the test server.

The only way to get the full access to test, much like paying for it on open server, is to request a test account. You can, however, log in with your open accout and be able to play like you had just a free account, but anything that is on the streets you can see. You can't however, as far as I know, play through all aspects of test. So sorry if you want full access, but it's not that likely to happen. If you have signed up for a test account, then you need to wait for an e-mail from Disney saying you are eligible for one. But I don't have one, so I can't tell you for sure. That's all I know. You can play through TTC, though, on test.
