Has anyone had trouble with generating secret friend codes? They still have not addressed that problem on Test.

Um does anyone have a download of launcher? I am unable to get it.:-(

I could not download it using IE, I had to use Mozilla Firefox. I assume that you are only prompted to download the launcher if you are using Vista or a previously incompatible browser. The download took awhile, but I liked it once I had it installed. You log in simply from an icon on your desktop and it it takes you directly to your select-a-toon screen. Much faster than logging into the website.

A couple things I've noted from using the new launcher:

Your screenshots are now saved in a folder called "Toontown Online" and not "Toontown". You can find this folder next to your "Toontown" folder.

I did find something that I do NOT like about this launcher which has got me using the website log in again.

Like was talked about on test, I am also having trouble with getting true friend codes. When I try to generate a code, I am given this message:

When I click to set my parent password I get this message:

When I agree to exit the game and go to the website to set my parent password I am taken to TT's website and prompted to put in my parent password. After that I get this error:

PLEASE NOTE that my account is paid and up to date. This toon I tried this on already has several secret friends. I've had my parent password set since I began this game.

This is a huge bug (is it even a bug??) that needs to be fixed SOON. I see on test there have been complaints and reports to disney about this. I will not be using my launcher until this is fixed as I need to be able to generate tf codes..

do i need to do anything to install the installer for toontown cause everytime i download it just quits downloading and when it does it gives me and error it keeps saying the installer is corrupted? do you have to lower security and download the latest version then do it? or what? HELP!

okay that a vista proplem just like the test so MY DIDNT WORK!!!ugh i islling my vista stil not work ;_; i wish that well update fix all....o.o

This is making it worse! When I click play it takes me to the home page and does nothing! Ah! They changed the log in page and added this and now I can't get on TT.

Ok everyone I have found a way to get the new launcher downloaded for those of you who are having problems with downloading the new launcher.

1. 2000/XP users: Open the TT web site and use the PLAY button on the LEFT side of the page.
2. Vista Users who have used the old launcher: Go to Start Menu and type in "Command Prompt" into the search box, but DON'T hit enter, instead, RIGHT click on the Command Prompt listing near the top of the Start Menu and select Run As Adminstrator, Then after the UAC prompt, enter this in into the Command Prompt window exactly as shown without the quotes "start https://account.toontown.com/webLoginDirect.php" and hit enter, you should get the Log In page here. Click the red PLAY button on the left if you end up at the home page after logging in.
3. In both situations, you should get the Download Launcher page. Click on the Download Launcher button to reinstall TT

If that does not work, send me a PM and I'll give you the direct link to the launcher.

Both don't work for me, it just brings up the homepage again, and again, and again! I log in, but I can't play ToonTown, can I try the direct link?

Same thing happens to me as Tricky, on both my XP and Vista computers... Tried deleting cookies, all that. Can I try the direct link, too? I mean come on this won't even work on XP now? They can't even create a fix without making more problems?
BTW if anyone can tell me how to delete a damaged ActiveX please do tell. I messed it up so bad.
