Attention TEST Toons! We have implemented an upgrade to TEST Toontown's database system. You should not experience any issues or problems as a result of this change. However, if you notice errors with your Toons (anything missing/incorrect), please let us know via our Report-A-Bug page.

Its just an upgrade for their computer survers. They are just letting people know so that if they lost statistics to your toon you could get them back. It is probably to get ready for more people to join and also for Bossbot HQ.

They have to test this out don't they? I'm sure they wouldn't want to add something to TT that could take away your toons and also that is what test is for.
