Fixed Toon interior with missing building take-over reward posters.
Improved ToonTask poster and choice interfaces.
Now you can work on "Just For Fun" optional ToonTasks while completing Gag Track Access and Gag Choice ToonTasks.
Improved name filtering before submission to Toon Council.
Improvements to Tug-of-war trolley game including new rope graphic and better gameplay feedback.
Fixed bug where gag detail panel would not update number of gags while purchasing or deleting.
Fixed bug where some ToonTasks were offering LaffPoints exceeding current 100 point limit.
Support for international characters for chat and names.
District population visible in Shticker Book.
New artwork for Track Training page.
Fixed bug causing Toons to get trapped on top floor of Cog Buildings after some battles.
Allowed some names being incorrectly filtered through auto-disapproval rules.
Improved ActiveX Version checking.

Well atleast I hope I can get just for fun ones at 100, 250 beans, 6 in all gags. Right now I can't get any tasks at all.

Dunno, LOL. I was kinda supprised to find out that 1.4.6 on LE didnt break my ATI vid card. I still can't play on the Test server to this day, because 1.4.1 broke it ans 1.4.5 didnt help it either.

The release notes say that it fixed bug where some ToonTasks were offering LaffPoints exceeding current 100 point limit.

I am currently 100 LP and am being offered tasks to receive LP. Am I reading this wrong?

Also, I cannot view how many LP my friends have. Is this supposed to be like that? I can see LP when I click on other toons around me, but not those in my friends list.

I originally posted this at 1.4.6 for LE. Then I made the comment of me being 100L and not being able to get any tasks. Then Disney posted that the server would not being coming back online at 230PM, but rather 330PM. I wonder if 1.4.7 gave the ability for 100 Laffers to get these Just for Fun Tasks.

Reason I ask is that the 1.4.6 is exactly as read as 1.4.7, and is nowhere to be found on the Disney site. heheee

Anyway, I'm glad we can now get tasks. Very exciting for me.

Ahhhhh! I'm reading all this stuff about today's update and hearing about it from my wife and kids ovr the phone and I'm stuck here in real life at work, where I can only go to ToonTown Central and not Toon Town.

I don't like the tiny script at the bottom of the task sheets (for example: "100 of 250 cogs defeated") but, here's the cool part, if you hit "end" to look at your tasks, and move the mouse pointer over each task scroll/sheet, it will open up a little more and show you the reward for that particular task.

How's that for coolness?

I can't tell you how many times I've forgotten which reward I was going to receive when done with a task! I know even the most uber toons forget, too...so this is a nice addition to the game.

here's all 4 of my tasks...

What is neet .. not only can you get fun tasks at 100 laff.. But you can also get fun tasks while working on the final gag training. So adds quite a bit of lift while working your way up. I see a lot more fun tasks being run on the TEST server than before.

And Loosy's Goose has been cooked. When you go to a 'visit' person and get a task.. It acts like you got it from HQ. So that visit person isn't tide up. You can actually go right back to him and get a second task. It isn't by npc any more. Execpt for the obvious visit tasks themselves. Any other task you pick up from a npc in a shop, acts just like a HQ task. You return it to HQ.

At least this is what I have obsurved so far.

Hear Hear! And when that reward is jellybeans and you just filled up on the trolley because you forgot...grrrr.
