Lure Question

My husband has lure now and we are messing around with it.

It seems that you actually have to hit one of the lured cogs or he gets no credit for the lure? He lured a cog, we missed a pie throw and the cog stepped back. We killed it, and he got no credit for the lure.

I am kind of disappointed that y ou cant hit a lured cog with a drop gag. Is there anyway around that? I just got drop and this is a problem. I cant pick drop because if his lure works I will always miss the drop.

lay out a trap first, on the next round, have him lure and you drop. It might take a few tries to get it working good, figureing out what size trap and drop to use without killing the cog.

If his lure misses try to use a drop that wont kill the cog in one hit. If his lure missed and your drop hits, then oN the next round, either pass, toonup or lure with him.

For the first round you can toonup or pass. If a trap is set, and the lure goes off Your drop will have a better chance to hit and everyone gets credit.

your right about having to knock back a lured cog or you wont get lure exp. Unless you do a group lure, such as with magnent, then you only need to hit one of the lured cogs to get exp for the lure.
