How do i Train Lure?

I read in an article, that there is a bug with Lure. I have tried "training" Lure on some lower gog's, and i failed to achieve any points

How is the easiest way to train Lure, i do not have any friends to help me with trap, so that is a problem.

Should i just Lure + squirt/throw a level 1 gag?
Or am i missing out on something?

Any help is appreciated, i really need to get more points in my gag's, they are all way to low compared to all others.

What is your lure lv? What i did was street in TTC with my trap. After luring, you do throw/squirt/anything but drop unless someone attacked.

Sorry is this is written poorly. Bedtime.

You don't get any points if the cog was not attacked. So if you lure, and then pass for a few rounds until they move back, then you got no lure points. I tried this myself until I realized that I had to attack to get these points. So if you are luring level 1 cogs, try to have a couple of level 1 gags so you can get some other gag points along with lure. Good luck.

using lure in a buliding (above first floor) gives you a bit of a bonus. So the easiest way is to use it in a building. Lure the cog and hit it with a lower level gag. As long as your hitting one of the cogs (in the case of a group lure) your getting skill credit for it.

Thanks All!

I am doing the same thing as Dandyboing said.

I simply cannot take on level 2+ buildings, not unless im lucky

My lure is now close to 1800, and i have been training it on the streets since 700-800... it takes quite a while!

I hope i will make friends who also want to train, so that i can use it in buildings and gain a bit better.

Right now i just arrived to the famous Lil Oldman, so i wont have anything to do the next year... (cant do anything he asks me to, he is being unfair)

Ah well... thanks again for reply
