ok, my friend can't get into toontown. she already paid for the month and is typing the right log in stuff, and she's already played a few times this month. but it sends her to the payment options...does any know what is going on and what to do aobut it???

This sounds vaguely familiar. I think this happened when we first signed up. If I remember correctly, I deleted all cached pages in my browser (the cached page remembered the trial link), and things worked after that.
