Where Is Crop Top Barbers?

i have looked everywhere on elm street and i can't find it can someone tell me where i could find it nobody wants to help if someone can help that would be great

Look on the toontown players guide and find the maps of the streets. Hope that helps!

On the frontpage of Toontown - left hand side - there is a "players guide"

It is the best thing around. It has a map of all the streets and bldgs.
