Ever heard of the lure right,kill left trick?No.well then here it is.
Say you are facing 4 cogs,3 just came out with green and one is orange
If 3 toons had lure and one had a birthday cake heres what you should to.

The 3 with lure should lure in this order:
1stCog 2ndCog 3rdCog 4thCog

Green Green Green Orange

The 4th cog is killed and on the next turn all use firehose or birthday cake.
