Ok i seen toons fisheing and ween thay go up to the fishermen he said Wow!you got 70 out of 20 fish!and he got a laff boust how do you get laff boust from fishing?

lol, it was 20/70 fish! You get a laff boost everytime you catch 10 different species. There are 70 different fish in all of toontown.
