Why can't I take screenshots!?!?

I have never been able to take screenshots. I press F9 and get writing down in the corner. When I go looking inthe file for the picture, they aren't there. How can I fix this?

are you looking in the correct file? (Program files > disney > disney online > Toontown)

If so, maybe try re-installing toontown. That can fix alot.

Yes, Thank you. I have done everything I could. I did go to the toontown live help and all they could tell me was "it could be anything". I guess no one can help me with it.

Maybe you saved it in a different file once, and it saved it in that different file everytime. That also happened to me. I had a TON of screenshots, but one day they just disapeared. I used search on them and it found only 2 or 3. I don't know if they got deleted when the computer wiped out unused files, or what. But unless it is what I mentioned above, I don't think I can help you.
