Toons of the world, toon up
 Last night, while fighting skelecogs in a VP battle, I witnessed a toon do something I'd only seen once before, and I'm really curious about it. One of the high laffers said, "Toons of the world, toon up!" and I and everyone with me had their laff points restored. I think this is a VERY cool thing to be able to do, and I'd like to know how to get it. Is it an SOS card? Is there a shop I can go to, say something to the toon behind the counter (like I did for "Toons of the world, unite!"), or is this some big secret that 81 laffers like me aren't supposed to know yet? You get phrases like that from defeating the CFO. There are 3 different kinds; toon-up ones, gag restock ones, and jellybean ones.

You win against the CFO to get toons of the world..toonup, spend wisely, gag up..and one more I think...but ummm..I don't know how to get toons of the world unite HAHAHAHA..I'm getting more pathetic every day *sigh*
