Drop: Hit or miss gag

In a 5boss in DL with three other toons (Toontown Open - not Test). One toon dropped a piano on a cog and I dropped an anvil on the same cog. My anvil hit, yet the piano missed.

Normally when there are multiple drops on a single cog, either all miss or all hit. I am not sure if this is a bug or an expected random occurrence.

The issue you describe is not a bug. Drop is a low-accuracy gag that may miss in any situation, even if another toon's drop gag hits. This may be dependent on any number of factors, including experience level of the gag, whether you are about to level that gag, etc.

Aha! I always said that as you get near to levelling, the gag tends to miss more.

Now how to investigate that algorithm more deeply...
