i was wondering - if you pay for a month, and that month is over, then you don't pay for your account until you have enough money to pay for another month or something like that, will you still have your account with all your toons? like will your account still exist after that time?

I don't know. Payment for our accounts are taken out directly by Disney via our credit card. Maybe call them and find out? Let us know what you find out.

On cancelled accounts Disney has stated that charcters would be deleted immeadiately but I dont know if this applies to expired accounts. I would think there should be some grace period as cards do expire and most other online companies give notices when charges cannot be billed.

From Toontown's FAQ:

After your account is cancelled, if you try logging in you will immediately be asked to subscribe. Cancelled accounts are guaranteed to exist for at least a month after cancellation, however it is possible for them to exist past that date, so if you decide to subscribe again you can always try to log in with your old account information to see if your old account still exists before you have to start a new one.
