high laugher with low gag

i was wodering if i have made a mistake leveling up my toon because i am a 90 laugher soon to be a 95 laugher and i have no maxed gags. should i be worried because i see toons at a lower laugh level with more experienced gags.

some toons really work their gags and build them..sounds to me you follow suit with whomever you are playing with and not "working" yours so much. I was very much the same way as you...at 90 points I am guessing your throw and squirt must be pretty close and you still are working DDL so they will come.

Hey, you are not as bad as me, when I was your laff, I had the following gags-

Toon-up-5
Trap-3
Lure-None
Sound-5
Throw-5
Squirt-5
Drop-5

Don't be ashamed of your gags. There are worse out there, and you should work on your laff first, THEN your gags. Laff tends to get more respect than gags, and will help you in the long run.

Low gags at high laff is tough to deal with .I maxxed three gags at 86 laff which I am now.Want some help with gags?I always have plenty.

dont be worried. i am 107 laff and i still dont have piano and i need a little more points for juggling balls. im not worried about my gags.
wen i was a 95 laffer i didnt have juggling balls(still dont), or hypno goggles, and i didnt max squirt back then either. same with drop i only had lvl 4 drop and i just got fog horn, so dont worry, u will turn out ok

Don't look to week to me...any ways toons I found out toons don't really look twice at gags...jus laff. And I've seen far worse then your gags LOL....I've seen a 70 suppin' laffer with all lvl 1 gags sept throw, squirt, and a lvl 2 sound.

It could be much worse, Bukato. I took over my big toon, Fluffy Mizzenmouth, from my son. At 85 laff, he had the following gags:

Toonup: 3
Trap: 3
Lure: none
Sound: 6
Throw: 6
Squirt: 6
Drop: 4

It took a long, long time to build up and maxx that toon's gags. Trap was especially challenging, because he had no lure. Buildings in Dreamland were a challenge for a long time because of the low toonup. (Megaphone and lipstick are not enough healing power in a nasty five story building!)

I wouldn't worry about having no maxxed gags at this point in the game. If you have a birthday cake or storm cloud in your arsenal, people will respect you--they can't tell just by looking at you whether you are maxxed or not. If you have all level 6 gags, that wins you a lot of respect in and of itself, even if you are not maxxed on any of them.

Focus on building your other, weaker gags whenever you can, and just use the throw and squirt when you have to. They will be maxxed soon enough, believe me.

Your gags aren't terrible, but in my opinion I would stop working so hard on laff NOW and work a little more on your gags. Although the majority of toons make it to 105 without all gags at level 6, it all depends on what your goals are.

My duck (third toon) was maxed on 5 gags before she hit 60. She was maxed on all 6 gags at 65 laff (way before the triple credit in the mint of course), and Moonshadow (fifth toon) had 4 level 6 gags just after LOM. However, my first and second toons were a different story. First toon had level 6 gags on 5 tracks (but only 3 maxed) when she hit max laff points (100 at the time, before fishing came out). Second toon I thought I would be swift and get my bday cake before MM... at the expense of squirt. I hit 100 laff on her with only a seltzer bottle, maxed sound and throw, and lure and trap at level 5. That second toon had a VERY difficult time with DDL tasks, and in the VP (which was harder at the time) because of her weak squirt. The duck and Moonshadow, on the other hand, breezed through the DDL tasks like there was no tomorrow.

So what are your goals? If you want high laff so you can survive cog attacks better, go for the laff points. If you want to be able to KILL the COGS so you DONT get HIT, then work your gags.

An added benefit to working gags is that you will be much more likely to get help from maxed toons if they see that your gags are strong for your size.

I'm a 106 laffer and I'm behind on my gags, here are my gags:

Toon-up: 6 (Not Maxed, I just got Juggling Balls afew days ago)
Trap: 5 (About 3,500 points)
No Lure
Sound: Maxed
Throw: Maxed
Squirt: Maxed
Drop: 5 (About 3,500 points)

I just recently got Juggling Balls, so I used to have only level 5 in Toon-up even as a 106 laffer! I'm still very far away from Grand Piano and TNT, just a little bit over half way. Your gags are not terrible, mine were worse as a 90-95 laffer.
