I need to get a belt from the moneybags and I already defeated 20-30 cogs already.It says ANYWHERE and I still haven't got it yet.

well, its random. so you could get the belt any time. next cog, or next 500.

Maybe try going in a building where you know that those type of cogs will be in there. Hopefully you will get the item. good luck
