How do i move a toon from one account to another?

Well my cousin somehow got ahold of my pass and got my main toon and i want it back. he didnt know it would take my toon to his he thought the toon gets copyed to his account

Call Disney customer support or email them. Or if you still have your parental password, log on and take it back.

If you do not have the parental password, you will have to have some proof that the account is yours. You are responsible for the protection of your password.. You may want to check your system for keystroke loggers and have a more complex password in the future.

Lol this is cool! I had the same problem. All you have to do is send Disney's Toontown Online an email stating the following things:


1. What is the name of the account that the toon you want moved is currently in?

2. What is the password for this account?

3. What is the name of the account you want the toon moved to?

4. What is the password for this account?

5. What is the name of the toon you want moved?

6. Does this toon have Secret Friends? If he/she does, then you must have Secretchat enabled on your account before moving him/her, or you will lose your current Secret Friends.


You send this too them by:


1. Go to Toontown's homepage.

2. Go to the choices/buttons on the left (They are in blue), and choose help.

3. You will see a list of choices. Choose Submit a comment or suggestion.

4 You will get the email form in a new window (possibly).

5. Fill in the required information, and then send them an email like the following.



I would like to transfer a toon from one of my accounts to another. Here is a list of my info:



And then put in the information I gave you.



You should get an email from Disney, saying to give them at least two bussiness days. ( If you dont get an email from Disney, dont worry. This just means you did all of this better than i did ^_^ )
