Your best bet is to contact TT directly by calling, e-mailing, or through live chat support. They will attempt to correct any errors.

Yes, they will ATTEMPT to fix it, but they usually DON'T fix it. The buggers.

Haven't gotten mine for January, either! I've written, called, emailed, and sent bug reports in the past when I didn't get them. It really takes a lot of effort, but keep trying.
