High Level Cogs
I usually see the 8+ level cogs somewhere (The Brrrrgh maybe?) but for some reason I am not finding them today. I have the Oldman mission and I need to find 10 8+ cogs anywhere. Can someone help me find them?

The highest cog level in the brrg is lvl 7, unless an invasion is going on. The highest level in dream land is lvl 9. So your best bet is donalds dream land, or a cog building.
