CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHY I AM GETTING THIS MESSAGE WHEN TRYING TO POST A SCREENSHOT ?

This is a reason IE stinks download firefox, but keep IE for toontown and use it only for sites that don't accept firefox(not that many don't support firefox) here is the URL firefox it is so AWESOME!!!!!!!!!! ITS 10000000 x BETTER THEN IE!!
