Signing up for international users

Heya pplz

I am an international user of Toontown, and I can't sign up for Toontown without having a billing/mailing address in USA or Canada. I sent an email to them, and here's their reply

Thank you for your interest in subscribing to Disney's Toontown Online.

-Start by going to http://www.disney.co.uk/toontown.
-Click on the "Play Now" image.
-In order to register for a subscription, click on "Subscribe Now".
-Select one of the payment options presented on the screen.
-If you already have a Disney account, sign in. If you don't, please
select "No" and continue on to the next page.
-Enter in your information to establish an account or click next to
continue with the registration progress. On the following page, if you
agree to the member services and privacy policy page select "Agree" and
click on "Next".
-Review the offer details and if they are correct mark the "Agree" check
box and click "Next".
-Enter your card details and click on "Submit". Please do not double
submit, your order is processing. Depending on your connection speed,
this may take a short time.
-Click on "Let Me At Those Cogs".
-Once you are logged in, click on "Play Now" to download the software.
-Click on "Yes" when asked if you would like to install Toontown.
-A movie will appear while the software is downloading.

You may now begin your free trial or subscribe to Disney's Toontown
Online.

Of course this whole procedure doesn't need any billing/mailing address...at least it didn't for me!

I live in London, England and we've got a Toontown account from here (its www.toontown.co.uk to get into it). I think it's a bit different from the American site but when you log in you play with everyone just the same.
