Talking The beginners Toon-Up guide!

Ok! This is TBTUG! Its for all toons who really want toon-up
and usually,a toon always do 1 type of a gag during cog fights, like me-A Toon-Upper!

1.Save your powerful toon-ups
2.Any critical damage, use the powerful ones!
3.for me, i use any toon up on any occasion-I dont want a see a toon go sad, i will not stand up for it!
4.I will send pics for a better guide eventually.
(Thanks Bunny Summers)
Hope you will get new TU soon!
