![]() And to be a developer, you don't NEED to work for Disney, but if you wanted to be a Toontown Developer since it's a Disney game, you'd have to work for Disney. There are developers in other game companies too.

You CAN have a job when you're 10. Developor NO, It's for game Technicians.
You probably would need to be in the top 5% of smart people. It is all codes example CAN185_%96G you need to learn all codes BOX795G_ ect. So yes to be a Dev. You MUST have a collage degree (atleast) and go to the Disney Corporation (FL and CA) fill out an application and if you are qualified you become a Dev.

I would think a degree in computer science would help.
I'm not sure how much computer progamming the devs need, quite often the people who come up with the ideas are not the same people that design and program the game. As a kid , the best thing you can do now is be a tester, and be a good tester. Test things when new things come out and until you become a tester, you can send bug reports in from the open servers. Practice your communication on how you describe a problem to the devs. If I was a kid who wanted to get into this eventually, I would test as many games as possible and learn as much as I could about computers, both the hardware and software.

It is a lot of work. Why, do you just think they would give people the responsibility of being a developer to kids? Of course not, silly! you have to work at Disney.. But if you want ot get as close as you can to developing, try to sign up for test on Toontown.Oh, and Bunny, could you give him a link? I have it, but apparently I'm not so good with the URL's.. oh well, someday.. I think this might be it: EDIT: I was wrong!

i'm sure the only reason that he'd wanna be a dev is to have all 7 gag tracks or to see upcoming additions to toontown before the testers. not to mention wanting to be popular or more unique in the game. same with being a mod here.. some don't realize the effort they would have to put into it.

I want to work for disney's toontown when i get older. Not just because of the fact that you get to make an impossible toon, but it's kind of fun getting to program games and think of ideas for games.
