there still are free tirals. When you sign up to toontown, it puts some un-eraseable cookie on your hard drive (unless you go to Temp. Internet Files folder and manually delete it) so you can't get another free trial.
If you go on toontown.com with a computer that doesn't have Toontown installed on it, (not un-installed. Never installed at all)you will get the free trial page. "No Worries!"

If you have an account already, then you don't get anymore free trails. You have to sign up for a new account in order to get a free trial again.

Shes a kid ,so she doesnt know what the word "Trial" means. Its not just a demo. It means you can only try it for x amount of days. Now that its over, ask your mom and dad to buy you a card. The rest of us here PAID for toontown, you should do the same, dont try taking the cookie off, because if I know kids, you've probably downloaded millions of things (probably free games...) on the computer and you will NEVER find it. Even if you use a spyware blocker and deleter, which I used, I never found it.

more likely a registry key entry. Easy enough to find and delete... of course you don't know what you're doing then it's more likely you'll mess up your computer.

Disney gives you a total of THREE free 3-day trials. This is an official word from Disney Tech Support. After you use up those three trials, you get no more, you have to register. Rattlebones, you PROBABLY could do that, but I wouldn't recommend it at all. As you said, too much can get messed up doing that if you aren't exactly precise.

I'd just like to say that they have something going on where it's only $5 for the first month, and that deal you can't pass up on such a good game. $10 a month isn't too much either. I mean, you didn't have to pay $50 for the game to begin with, so it is really worth it.

In the computer Cookie Jar ... NO FOLDER! ..LOL.
Let's see... Ok, open up your documents and go to your Hard Drive named ( C: ) ... [[ Mine is F: for some reason but oh well ]]. Then click on Documents and Settings, and click on your account. You should find a Cookies folder. (this is for Windows XP users) |
