Help!!!! Plz!!!

ok everytime i get to redirect on toontoen i goes like this: updating toontown, Toontown loading, then a little box comes that says connecting. after that it is sopposed to let u get to pick a toon page but it wont let me! it just stops there. i can move my mouse but it wont go to pick a toon. treid restarting, reinstalling,tried to go to report a problem*doesnt say anything* and emailed disney but they wont email me back. SO can someone plz help me!!!

I know! me too! what my mom thinks it is, is that the computer I'm using right now (at my aunt's house) is an "old" house with old wiring. But me too, it won't go to the pick a toon page, it's just all back and frozen up with that glove cursor. So I can only play toontown at MY house. That's why I'm not playing it right now so... it's either that your computer doesnt have enough memory or RAM, or that your house has old wiring :S
