I can't get on Toontown

This started just this morning. I was getting on Toontown and suddenly, my little dowloading water bottle thingy stops and I go back. This is what it tells me:
Toontown has exited due to the following error:

There appears to be a problem downloading the latest version of Toontown. If you are connecting to the internet via a proxy, it may be a problem with your proxy. If you are not connecting through a proxy, it is possible that the Toontown servers are temporarily unavailable.


What does this mean? How can I fix this? I tried sending a bug report to Disney but I haven't gotten a reply yet. What should I do to fix this because I'm gonna start getting desparate soon. Help me!

I'm thinking, my dad is a compwizard, ok, there might be a spy bot or cookie that is malfuctioning your computer. You might be able to get the latest spy bot serch programs for free, but I don't know, this me speaking not my dad.

That happens to me everytime toontown gets updated. go to remove programs and remove toontown, then go back to toontown.com and reload.

You might have a proxy on yur comp. My mom deleted it (I had same problem) and TT worked again.
