Use a program like: http://www.jasc.com/products/trialreg.asp?pid=003 fill in the fields, download and install. Use the animation wizard (under the file window) choose the pictures you want (either frames like a movie or a slideshow like my avatar) and choose the settings you want.

Im working on a nother one its cool, but it wil take some time

And let me tell you one thing.. if youre making one like the one in my siggy, its hard to capture the right moment at times. Other than that, where ok!

To get some video, you could get the FRAPS program and then edit the video with a program like Adobe Premiere 1.5. But getting the full versions of these programs costs a lot. So I suggest getting the trial versions.
