ok but is there a way to make the page smaller it took up a page and the whole page is still there

When you move your mouse over the little 'box' on the very edge of the image in paint, it changes to look like a double ended arrow. Left click and drag that box toward the cropped picture you put inside until the white border is even with the side of that image. Do the same thing from the bottom of the image. Drag that box in the middle up toward the bottom of the picture until it is even. When done your canvas will be the same size as your image.
If anyone can explain this better, please give me a hand with this will ya? I am more used to doing these things in larger graphics suites.
