Is it just me?

Ok, is it just my computer but is there not any music in the streets or the playground? Just the basic sound effects are there. Am I the only one with this? I think this should be in Bug reports too but I'm not sure.

No. But the weird thing was was that it was back today. It was gone that one day. weird.
