All you have to do is, when you make a thread or reply to a post, if you scroll down past the box you type in, there is a button that says "Manage Attachments". Find the attachment on your computer, click on it & then click Upload. The file does have to be a certain size, not sure exactly, but it'll tell you if it's too big or not. Then click Close after it's done uploading, and click on Submit Reply.
