All you have to do is go to
www.toontown.com & click on Help & then Report a Problem. Click either on the "Question/Comment/Suggestion" link or you can go to Toontown Live Chat & ask one of the online customer service people to do it for you. You will not lose laff points, experience points, gags, friends or anything else...everything stays the same, just the name changes. If you have s/f's I would tell them that it's you & not someone who mysteriously got on their list though.
