You need to be more exact on your problem. Do you know why your account got cancelled? Maybe because it was only a free 3day Trial, since you seem new.

Either way, the only thing you can do is talk to Disney on www.toontown.com site, push Help down at the bottom left side. E-mail them about this problem or go to the Live Chat & talk to someone. If it got cancelled there has to be a reason. Either:


1) The account wasn't payed because of several reasons.

2) You were on a 3 day trial & the time's up.

3) You were being rude to someone & the account was cancelled because of bad behavior.

4) Whoever owns the credit card you signed up with cancelled the account.
I can't think of any other reason it was cancelled. Either way, you or whoever pays for the account should've gotten an e-mail telling why it was cancelled. But nobody here can help you get it back...you have to talk to Disney about it.
