How come when I play toontown it always says "not enough memory to run this program.quit one or more programs and try again"I tried quiting more than one program it still doesn't work.

Sounds like you don't have enough ram....how much do you have and is it SDR or DDR? You can get away with less DDR.
Hit control/alt/del and end task to all programs running except systray and explorer...there may be more running then you think.
