How do I get that 16th frame?

Hi everyone, great to see a board for Toontown. Hope to meet up with some folks in game! I managed to get my name approved, yippee Anyway, on with my question....

I've gotten the first 15 frames for Toon-up, and was expecting to be offered a task for frame 16 right away. However, all I can get the HQ's to offer me now are "just for fun" tasks. Do I need to do anything special to get my 16th frame?

Color me confused then. According to my Gag Track Training screen I have to finish 16 tasks and my 16th is empty with a question mark like it wants me to do one more task. Is there some other thing I need to do to train for this? Sorry for the newb question, I din't totally understand your answer

Gag track training will be one of the offered tasks, like the just for fun tasks. It is the 16th frame on the page. Will not be filled in.

It used to be you had to get 15 filled and then get offered to go to so and so to get the final training. Now number 16 is the go to so and so to get final gag track training. Take one of the just for fun and someone should offer a go to so and so task.
