If I ever wanted to max racing and golfing, I would probably want to use 2 accounts. Is it possible to get a FREE ACOUNT to help your toon max goofy speedway? That would be cool!

No... Toons on free accounts can't race.
And to get to AA, you have to get to DD first.
You can't leve TTC. =/
