Can You Swap Toons To A Different Account?

Yep, you email them with the username/pass for both accounts first the one the toon is on then the one you want to put it on, i usaly tell them i want to keep all sf, things i own, speedchat,doodle,etc. if you dont it may be all gone.
tell them the toon name you want to swap then tell them the color slot you want that toon to be on. i will try to find the email to email them at, it is probaly diffrent sence your in the uk though. edit:Hello, I'd like to transfer my toon from my 1'st acount to my 2nd acount the toon name is Pickel yellow duck and i'd like him in the blue space on my acount and he has sfs so i'd like to keep his sf The Acount info for the acount he is in is: User Name:xxxx Pass:xxxx The Acount i want him in is: User Name:xxxx Pass:xxxx Thanks Bye Here is the email i sent that to it might be diffrent for you, toontown@disneyonline.com |

Yes you can I am in the process of it right now. Email them and let them know who you want to move.
they will ask for usernames and passcodes on both the accounts and the date that you paid on one or both of them. They must be paid accounts not free. It takes two working days to have the move completed. You will lose your garden but not the points you have and you will need to buy a new gardening kit. I figure it is worth it so my husband and I can play our big toons together.

We recently paid for a second account so our family members can play together. And we tried the email approach suggested here to get a toon moved to the new account. I have a question for those that have done this successfully. Do you actually get a reply to let you know they are working on it, or does your character just suddenly move? I am trying to figure out if my move request was even received or not, but not sure what to try if the emailed request doesn't seem to trigger any change.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

Here is what they sent me:
If you currently have more than one paid account, or have had a paid account within the past 30 days, and would like to move your Toon from one account to another, we will be able to assist you. To do so, we will need the following information to complete the transfer: - Account name where the Toon in question resides - Password for the above account for verification - The name of the Toon to be moved - Account name where the Toon will be moved to - Password for the second account for verification - Last billing date for both accounts for verification, month and date included - Does the Toon being transferred have any True Friends? (Yes/No) PLEASE NOTE: As indicated above, account passwords and last billing dates are required to verify that you are indeed the owner of the account from which the Toon is being moved. We strongly recommend changing your passwords immediately upon receiving notification that your Toon has been successfully moved. If the Toon(s) that you would like transferred have True Friends, please ensure that True Friend Chat is turned on in the account the Toon is being transferred to. If this is not done prior to the Toon being transferred, you will lose your True Friends and they cannot be restored. Please be aware that you will lose your Gardening Kit, as well as flowers and trees you have planted when your Toon is moved. However, you will keep all gardening experience points and Laff boosts. You will also have to re-purchase the Gardening kit after your Toon is moved. The jellybeans you use to re-purchase the kit cannot be refunded. After this information has been sent, please allow at least two business days for our database engineers to complete the transaction. We look forward to seeing you in Disney's Toontown Online soon!
