Cog HP (Remixed)

There are ways to find out cog HP. Even though you know one, you don't know the other one. I will show you both.

Way 1: The Old Fashioned Way, it is pretty easy to understand but this way have some problems for young-aged players.
Cog HP = (Cog Lv + 1) * (Cog Lv + 2)
So let's say we have a lvl 5 cog and wondered how many HP does it have.
Cog HP = (5 + 1) * (5 + 2)
= 6 * 7
= 42
So the lvl 5 has 42 HP.
Exceptions: 1 (Level 12 doesn't work.)

Way 2: The Easy Way, it is simple to understand but it can be a complicated one.
A level one has 6 HP right, it's not that complicated.
Pattern:
6, 12, 20, 30, 42, 56, 72, 90, 110, 132
See any pattern? If you can't, look closely.
6, 12, 20, 30, 42, 56, 72, 90, 110, 132
Lvl 2 Increment: + 6 HP from lv 1
Lvl 3: + 8
Lvl 4: + 10
Lvl 5: + 12
Lvl 6: + 14
Lvl 7: + 16
Lvl 8: + 18
Lvl 9: + 20
Lvl 10: + 22
Lvl 11: + 24 (add 2)
The pattern is easy.
So you can't find the HP of a lvl 8, use this method,
6, 12, 20, 30, ...., 90.
The lvl 8 has 90 HP.
Exceptions: 2 (1. Does not work with lvl 12s 2. Does Not Work if you don't know any lvl 1's HP.

Thank you for reading this guide.

The only thing is that the first method is a lot faster and less work.

Very interesting! I never looked at the pattern myself, but now that you have explained it, it is very helpful and easy to figure out what the cogs life points are (if you happen to forget or dont exactly know their LP).

Seems very helpful and a different way to look at the cogs' laffpoints, or what ever you call it if you're a cog.
