bossbots
The max lv. of cogs is 12 like some skelecogs

Cog locations
toontowncentral only max lv. cogs lv.3

Bossbots Flunky, Pencil Pusher
lawbots Bottom feeder, Double Talker, Blood Sucker
cashbots Short Change, Penny Pincher
sellbots Telemarketer, Cold Caller,

I forgot what does Name Dropper goes in but please tell me so or if I'm missing a cog. PLEASE
