i need gardening help

i have completed my 3 bean flowers and have second shovel it is 60 of 160 how do i get to the 4 bean flowers all the past ones have just come and usually early that when i plant the last bean in the set i have plant 10 of each flower i have all 15 so far and ideas what i need to do to get to 4 bean
