how do you summon cogs?

okay well everyone is talking about how people summon cogs, buildings and invasions and stuff..well i am completely lost.
how do you get to where you can summon a cog?

someone please tell me!

47 laffers can't,also only 100+ toons can summon,they're rewards for beating the CJ.

There was a glitch back then that could make you skip a lot of laff, I'm sure that 47 laff was the lowest it would go.
You can't do this anymore though.

If you want to summon a cog, beat the Chief Justice, you will get a cog summon, building or invasion. It's upgrading skills. So let's say you beaten Chief Justice last time, which is a Two-Face summon, then you beaten another Chief Justice, and it is another Two-Face, you will get a Sellbot Building summon. The building stories is dependent on the cog min-max lv. But if you beat Chief Justice ANOTHER time, and it's a two-face, you will get a two-face invasion summon. Oh and you won't get to keep the downgraded same cog summons. If you get another Two-Face summon, nothing happens. It will still be an invasion summon.

Cog Summon: Summons a cog. But there is some rules. Use it on the Shticker book cog gallery. Click on the cog gallery and clock on the cog's lower-left button.
Rule 1: Only use the summon on the min-max limit on the street.
Rule 2: You cannot use it on a playground, building, factory, mint, da, CFO, CJ and VP.

Building Summon: Summons a building. But there is also some rules. I'm not so sure about summoning a building.
Rule 1: The stories are variable. It depends on the cog min-max limit.

Invasion Summon: Summons an invasion! Just activate your invasion with that shticker book. Click on the cog gallery and click on the cog's lower-left button. Each invasion ends in 10-15 minutes time.
