TT dev1 - 'Hmmm. Much to excitable, slap a 3 day ban on them, That should quiet them down a bit'.
TT dev2 - 'Indeed. That makes 89 this week, 11 more to go'.

Then if you have more than 3 you're a target. Hold on, I'm getting more....

TT dev1- 'Lets get one more to round it off, anything?'
TT dev2 - 'Ah yes, Milkyway Midnight is online, we've banned that one 20 odd times already, won't be that bothered by another'
TT dev1 - 'Hmm not sure we can ban, for nothing at all'
TT dev2 - 'No probs, we'll invent something. Ah look, jumped on the spot for more then ten seconds, I'd say that was a macro ban, or attempted pass of True Friends code, wudn't you say?'.
TT dev1 - 'Yes, I'd say that was feesable enough, slap a 72 ban on them'
TT dev2 - 'Good, lets go put some coffee on, we got any doughnuts left?'
TT dev1 - 'Yes, think there'a a couple left. I was thinking next week we could have a mass banning again, save some time........'

I don't believe '3' times because I was suspended today, my 20th time.. I know it's pathetic and they're all mostly stupid reasons.. lol.

To the op you said it was from swearing (Change password since you claim someone else did it). I have no doubt that if you are swearing in a game rated E that on the third time you would be banned. Personally I think 3 chances for being a potty mouth is more than generous on Disney's part.

2 times I got suspended for "bad language" they didn't send me an email telling me what I did wrong the first time. After looking at the chat log I was sent I suppose it Ctrl+V spam in TT the second time, which I stopped, and I got my THIRD bad two days ago, here's the message.

Tried that night and calling twice yesterday, with NO ANSWER. It says your suspended until you call them, but since they never pick up the phone, I guess you technically are banned.

I was planning on maxing Sell in a few days too...

I would guess some 'TT crimes' have different severities and once you get to a point, they bann you. My friend has gotten suspended 4 times I believe, so if you were suspended for "Spamming", it isn't a severe rule to break, so there's nothing to worry about if that's the case.
