How do you get a laff point boost form the cog hq?

As you might already know, each time you defeat the boss, (VP, CFO, or CJ) your cog suit gets a level up. Starting from a Cold Caller (Level one) in Sellbot HQ, for example, if you defeat the VP, you will now be a Cold Caller (Level two). When you make your way up to a Mr. Hollywood, You will get laff boosts when you hit certain levels.

At Mr. Hollywood (Level 15), you get a laff boost.
At Mr. Hollywood (Level 20), you get a laff boost.
At Mr. Hollywood (Level 30), you get a laff boost.
At Mr. Hollywood (Level 40), you get a laff boost.
At Mr. Hollywood (Level 50), you get a laff boost.

The same thing goes for all the Cog Headquarters.

At Robber Baron (Level 15), you get a Laff Boost.
At Robber Baron (Level 20), you get a Laff Boost.
At Robber Baron (Level 30)...So on.
