How Do I Get A Clothing Ticket?

I'm posting this for my daughter, & she says she wants a clothing ticket, & she's spent hours trying to figure it out......Any ideas?

Just shop around in all the headquarters until you see the task for a clothing ticket offered. You may have to switch playgrounds or go into the street headquarters, too. There is one offered per playground as you grow your toon. The TTC shop offers all the clothes from the make-a-toon selection. Be aware that when you are doing your tasks for a particular playground, you can only turn in your ticket in that playground's clothing shop. After your toon has completed all the Donald's Dreamland tasks, clothing tickets are good at any shop in any playground.
