Microsoft Excel question

Is there a way to post something from Microsoft Excel?

try highlighting what ya want and then click

Control+C and find where ya want to post it to and hit Control+V

1. Make sure you can see all the information you want to show. (Use the zoom tool if you can't).
2. Press the key on your keyboard labeled "Print Screen", which takes a picture of your screen
3. Go into any image editor. (paint, photoshop, GIMP, etc.)
4. Press Control and V to paste the shot of the screen you just took.
5. Use the crop tool to cut out all the parts except the information you want to show.
6. Save it and upload it on imageshack.
